Below are some “frequently asked questions” most clients ask before working with me.
Read on to get most of your questions answered before you make the investment to work with me.
“Christine, how long have you been doing what you do and how did you make the decision to mentor dietitians on improving their money mindset?”
I’ve been practicing as a registered dietitian nutritionist since 2000, but I’ve been in the nutrition & wellness industry since graduating college in 1992.
Mindset work, or as I like to call it – Brain Science and Transformational Psychology, is something I’ve been studying for years and have used in my practice, even when working with my weight loss clients in the past. However, after witnessing over the years the same lack and scarcity conversations amongst RDs, and knowing there was a better, more effective way, I decided to pour everything I’ve learned about money mindset into my work and to shift my focus solely on helping to increase the industry income standard for dietitians. It’s my legacy work and I’m 100% committed to it for the remainder of my career.
“Who are the clients you primarily work with?”
I work with 2 types of RD Entrepreneurs: Those who are just getting started in their businesses and want to set a solid foundation, and those who are already earning an income from their business and recognize they need to break through mindset barriers to take it to the next level. While most of my clients are career-driven women entrepreneurs, I do work with male RDs, as well.
“How are you different from other RD business mentors?”
I pride myself in the fact that I’m one of the very few who focuses MAINLY on mindset to build a sustainable, profitable business. You can have all the blueprints, plans, courses, etc in place, but if your MIND isn’t in the right place to support your goals, you’ll end up wasting a lot of precious time, energy and MONEY when you don’t have to. In other words, I help you cut through your limiting beliefs so you can reach your goals faster.
“What type of person would your mentoring programs NOT be a good fit for?”
Please know that I’m very selective in who I work with and I cherry-pick my clients, choosing to (gently) turn away people who aren’t a good fit for my programs and won’t get the results they would have signed up for (it just wouldn’t be fair to them).
My programs are NOT for dietitians who are looking for a quick fix in their business. It has been my experience that focusing on creating a healthy balance of mindset work and strategic marketing is what really creates a sustainable business. Those that are solely focusing on the fastest path to cash usually hit burnout before the breakthrough, which is counterproductive.
If you fall into this category, it’s absolutely okay! We’ve all been at a place in our career when we just want the money to flow in easily. But do yourself three (3) favors:

Another type of person I won’t work with (no exceptions) is the person who’s holding on to excuses and not willing to take 100% responsibility for her career to move forward. It takes courage and vulnerability to do the mindset work we’ll do together and at times it will challenge you to step out of your comfort zone. So if you’re comfy where you are and you’re not willing to show up for yourself in a way that requires you to be vulnerable and brave, we probably won’t work well together.
“Does this mindset approach really work?”

“What results can I expect?”

“How quickly will I see results?”
Obviously, this depends on you, where you are in your business, and what your goals are. It also depends on how much you put into the action plan we create together. That said, virtually all of my clients see results within the first few months of working together, in the form of increased confidence, paying clients, consistent momentum, just to name a few.
“How can I guarantee myself I’ll get the results I’m looking for?”
Do the work. Show up to the coaching calls, reach out for support when you need it between calls, stay committed to your goals and the process of the business we’re creating for you. Understand that it’s not a “quick fix”, it’s not magic, and it takes time to create a sustainable business. All of my clients that have been successful at diligently implementing the process has increased their income, and significantly improved their lives and the lives of the clients they serve, in much less time than they would have if they were doing it on their own.
