Fear is a stored memory or series of memories that are associated with a threat to your survival. It’s created by experiences that literally activate your nervous system. Fear is also one of the top reasons that dietitians don’t ask for money, close the sale, and get the client.

You can be successful in all other areas of your business, but if you don’t have the mindset support for times when fear kicks in, it can be detrimental.
